Safe Guard and Wuyi County Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement

(2024, March) In mid-January 2024, Shenzhen Safe Guard Electronics Co., Ltd. and the Wuyi County People's Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement, whereby the two parties reached an intention to establish the wireless communication system equipment production project in the Qing Chuang Smart Valley Industrial Park of Wuyi County.

 

On January 17, 2024, a delegation led by Li Xianwu, the Vice County Mayor of Wuyi County, and Tang Qiu, the Director of the Wuyi County Investment Promotion Center, accompanied by Lin Guangcai, the Chairman of Zhejiang Qizhao Holdings, visited and inspected the company.

 

The discussion was carried out in a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere. Safe Guard

's CEO, Zhao Renbo, introduced the company's development journey, product structure, technological advantages, and market prospects to the Wuyi County delegation. Safe Guard is a high-tech military-civilian integration enterprise, specializing in wireless MESH digital mobile communication systems and (SCA) software communication technology. Its products are widely used in ground, naval, and air forces, unmanned aerial vehicles/robots, military reconnaissance, search and rescue, unmanned equipment, electronic countermeasures, radar and public security systems, and individual soldier defense systems.

 

Vice County Mayor Li Xianwu highly recognized the value of Safe Guard's products, technology, and market potential. He also introduced the beautiful natural environment and advantageous business environment of Wuyi County, as well as the strong desire of the county government to implement the innovation-driven and science and technology-driven county strategy.

 

After in-depth exchanges and discussions, Safe Guard agreed to be part of the Qing Chuang Smart Valley Optoelectronics Industrial Park of Wuyi County. The two parties reached a consensus and signed a strategic cooperation agreement, whereby the Wuyi County Government and the Qing Chuang Smart Valley Optoelectronics Industrial Park will provide preferential policies to support Safe Guard in investing and building the wireless self-organizing network and video transmission system equipment production project in the Wuyi County Qing Chuang Smart Valley Optoelectronics Industrial Park.

 

This signing ceremony was led by Zhejiang Qi Zhao Holdings Co., Ltd., in coordination with the investment promotion efforts of the Wuyi County Government, Safe Guard looks forward to its next chapter in Wuyi with governmental support.

 

On March 28, 2024, Safe Guard and Zhejiang Qizhao Holdings Co., Ltd. officially signed an investment agreement, marking the formal entry of Safe Guard into the Wuyi Qing Chuang Smart Valley Industrial Park.
